Mr. Edwards is a highly experienced, nationally recognized Certified Real Estate Inspector. Most recently Mr. Edwards was singled out amongst inspectors nationwide for the prestigous honor of Member of the Year of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) for his outstanding accomplishments in the industry. He is also a full member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) He offers over twenty years experience and has an extensive background as a General Contractor, Builder/Remodeler and Commercial/Residential Property Manager. Mr. Edwards served as President of NAHI's PA Chapter from 2002-2004 and was instrumental in the formation of three other NAHI State Chapters in Pennsylvania. He currently serves as Vice President.
Working closely with ASHI and NAHI representatives, Mr. Edwards played a strategic role in shaping the "Home Inspectors Law" in the state of Pennsylvania.
He is the Co-founder and former Vice President of the Pennsylvania Home Inspectors Coalition (PHIC) whose mission is to promote excellence and professionalism in the Home Inspection Industry and in the State. He currenty serves on the Board of Directors.
