ACCURATE & IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK: BAI understands the time sensitive nature of the real estate transaction. BAI provides an easy to read printed report immediately upon the completion of the inspection along with a digital photo album. The detailed computerized report is presented in a binder and includes two summary pages outlining marginal and material defects and cost estimates. An informative glossary, childproof checklist, pre-closing inspection form and a 100 plus page Home Repair and Maintenance manual are also included.
